Tricky Words/Decodable Words
Tricky and Decodable Words The district adopted the Common Core Modules which means that we will be following a new curriculum. Instead of the words being called sight words or high frequency words they will be called "Tricky Words." I have attached both the Kindergarten and First grade tricky words. We will also focus on decodable words. I have included a list of decodable words for the first Common Core Module. At this point not all of the modules have been published but once they are released, I will post them. Please practice with your child so he/she can read them automatically.
